Before you make your Setting Sail Reservation

Before making your reservation through the link at the bottom of this page, please be sure to read all of the following information.


You will need to read the First Year Guide Book (PDF) and complete your First Semester Planning Sheet (FSPS) (page 6 of PDF) PRIOR to making your Setting Sail reservation.

Reservations

Program reservations will be accepted beginning at 9 a.m. on March 31, 2008 and can only be completed online.  Please be aware that we can make no exceptions to the dates that are already closed/filled to capacity. You will be able to see how many seats are available for each date when you make your on-line reservation.

Reservation Deadline Information

Every effort is made to accommodate students for their first-choice of date for the Setting Sail program; however, earlier dates may fill quickly. Since space is limited, students are encouraged to reserve early. Setting Sail dates fill on a first-come, first-served basis. The Setting Sail date you select should not be considered confirmed until you have printed your confirmation information on-line or recieved it via e-mail.  Necessary travel or hotel reservations should be made only after confirmation is received.

Your Confirmation

Your confirmation packet is accessible on-line as soon as you complete the on-line reservation process. Be sure to read and follow all instructions carefully when making your reservation. The confirmation packet contains very important information about Setting Sail that you should read before attending orientation, including: your confirmed Setting Sail date, access to a campus map, a tentative schedule, a "what to bring" checklist, hotel information, etc.
