Setting Sail Date Change Policy

Please select your Setting Sail date carefully. Setting Sail dates fill on a first-come, first-served basis. To change your date of attendance, you must return to the online reservation system.  Please note that once you enter the change for your original date, your original selection will immediately be available to someone else.

Setting Sail Cancellation for Students

Refund requests are not available to students who will attend CNU in the fall since Setting Sail is required for all freshmen. Please notify us at dosa@cnu.edu if you will not be attending CNU and therefore wish to cancel your reservation. Refund requests will be approved if received before your scheduled Setting Sail date. No partial refunds are provided. All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.

Setting Sail Cancellation and Refund Policy for Parents/Guests

If a registered parent/guest decides not to attend the Setting Sail program, the student should return to the online reservation site and edit the scheduled reservation. Guest fees will not be refunded.

If a student chooses not to attend CNU and requests a refund as outlined above, parent/guest refunds will be processed as well.

Please remember all refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.
